4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. ZF777 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access arose from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
4.4 Notification of Breach. You must notify ZF777 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account by contacting us at [email protected].
4.5 Account Closure. ZF777 reserves the right to close, suspend or restrict any Account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, regulatory requirements or responsible gambling concerns.
ZF777 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Users may be required to complete identity verification prior to making withdrawals, after reaching certain deposit thresholds or at any time deemed appropriate by the Operator.

6.1 Informational Purpose. 7.1 Available Methods. The deposit methods available on the ZF777 Platform are subject to change and are determined by the Operator from time to time. Familiar Pakistan payment references — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be referenced as contextual examples. 7.2 Cryptocurrency. Where available, deposits may be made using cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible and subject to network conditions. Exchange rate fluctuations are at the User's risk.
7.3 Currency. Unless otherwise specified, account balances and transactions may be denominated in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) or other supported currencies as determined by the Operator. Currency conversion fees may apply.

8.2 Name Match Requirement. The name registered on the User's ZF777 Account must match the name on the payment method used for withdrawal. Mismatched details will result in withdrawal delays pending additional verification.

9.1 General Bonus Terms. 13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZF777, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform or its services.
13.2 ZF777's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.3 ZF777 is not liable for any losses arising from: technical failures, interruptions or errors on the Platform; actions or omissions of third-party payment providers; changes in the legal status of online gambling in any jurisdiction; or any reliance placed by Users on information published on the Platform.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.
